Transformers
A floating neutral occurs when the neutral wire in a circuit is not properly grounded, and as a result, the voltage on the neutral wire is not zero. The neutral wire in a circuit should be properly grounded. This can be achieved by connecting the neutral wire to the grounding system of the building or facility where the circuit is installed.

Floating Neutral is because of its connections with the Ground. It’s a serious problem as the NEUTRAL balances the voltages between 2 phases.
